Hungry as a dog? I know we were when we came here. Looking for a quick bite with fresh ingredients that will have you drooling? Trust us when we say that taco stand will fill you up with tasty meat inside a taco or even a burrito, no discrimination here. Friendly staff and terrific owners keeps us coming back again and again.

Absolutely love this place. I’m a bit of a older woman and I have been going to taco stand since I was in my teens. I have always enjoyed this place. I have great food. Great service and a awesome day outside. That’s very cool and calm to eat on. It’s a little more pricier than I remember, but what is it these days? I will always be back and I will always recommend this place absolutely positively succulent.

We drive an hour out of our way a few times a month just to eat at this location, we have been going to the Taco Stand for 26 years now. They are that good. Parking is limited. Tacos are always full & burritos are Fat you definitely get your fill as well as the staff is always friendly. Tofu normally is on point and they are always generous with the cheese which makes everything better.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid in the 70s. My kids come here as well and now my grandkids. Whoever gave yall less than a 4 is a dum dum head. Great everything yall got me for life.

1000% would go again. I stopped here while visiting Athens with a few friends and had an amazing time! Not only was the food great,but the service was exceptional. From the outside Taco Stand doesn't look like much, but as soon as you walk in you're hit with positive vibes and a fun atmosphere! We got our food quickly and the prices were good, we even ended up getting tshirts because we loved this place so much! Would highly recommend trying it out, you won't regret it. Might have to make an 8 hour road trip back here someday to get it again!

I’ve always adored Taco Stand but this time in particular the older gentleman who usually works at the front made this AMAZING s’mores dessert he was just giving out on a whim. It was the perfect little treat after some yummy tacos. Not to mention the whole staff is extremely kind and very personable. By far one of my fav spots in Athens.
